General information and rules when booking

We recommend that you make a reservation in advance to get the desired date and treatment.

If you want to cancel, change the appointment or treatment, please do so at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment (that time is reserved for you and we are waiting for you).
Late cancellation or non-cancellation of a booked appointment is calculated in the full value of the booked treatment. In case of delay, we will be able to carry out your treatment in full only if time allows. If a beautician or table is booked after your appointment, we will be forced to shorten or postpone your appointment. Please note that due to delays, we are unable to adjust prices for shorter treatment.

We recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the agreed time so that the treatment can start on time. We recommend that you keep money, jewelry and other valuables in a bag that is with you at all times. We are not responsible for forgotten, abandoned and lost things.

Paid gift vouchers are valid exclusively for 6 months from the date of payment, so please pay attention to the date of payment. If more than 6 months have passed since the date of payment, the gift voucher will be considered used.
